Award-winning Afro-gospel singer and songwriter Vuyo Brown is set to release her highly anticipated new album, “Imprint“, on June 27. The album will be officially launched at a local venue.

Imprint is an exploration of identity. By definition, an imprint is a mark left behind by printing on something, a distinctive marking, symbol, or logo. The album is anchored in Isaiah 43:1b, which says: ‘I have called you by name; you are mine.’ In Imprint, I trace the story of being known, claimed, and marked by God,” she said.

The album’s lead single, “Your Name“, was released on May 26 and has already generated excitement among fans.

Your Name is probably the simplest song in my catalogue so far. It has an addictive, catchy vibe and was produced and engineered by JustPercy,” said Vuyo Brown.
