bring to the time of birth and not cause delivery? Says the Lord. Shall I who cause delivery, shut up the womb? Says your God.”
Praise be to the lord almighty as the king of glory is about to manifest his presence in the nation of Zimbabwe, his holy hill and unleash supernatural blessings upon our land.
As per God’s word in Jeremiah 1:12 the Lord says, “For you have seen well, for I am ready to perform my word.”
The most high has instructed his messenger, the writer of this proclamation to present to the people of Zimbabwe both near and far:
the arrangements of the new world order God is establishing in the nations of the world; and,
the design and the process of transition of the rebirthed Zimbabwe into a new dispensation, a land of uncommon blessing. As per scripture in Habakkuk 2:2-3, God says, “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time. But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it, for it will surely come. It will not tarry.”
Reason for proclamation
God’s glory revealed: The most high wants the people of Zimbabwe to have sight of this proclamation so that when the new world order and the new dispensation in our nation manifests, all flesh will know that it was done by the hand of God, not by human wisdom or by chance.
Isaiah 47:5 says, “Even from the beginning I have declared it to you. Before it came to pass I proclaimed it to you, lest you should say: My idol has done them, and my carved image and my molded image have commanded them.”
Our lord wants to reveal his glory and for the world to know that beyond the shadow of a doubt it was him and him alone who would have done it, as per God’s word in Isaiah 48:11 says, “How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another.”
l God’s purposes prevail: Through this proclamation, God wants the world to know that His purposes will prevail as the new world order will undoubtedly be established. As per His word in Isaiah 43:13 says, “Yes, and from ancient days I am He. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?”
What God has ordained to take place in our nation will come to pass. God’s word says in Isaiah 14:24, “The Lord of hosts has sworn saying: Surely as I have thought so it shall come to pass, and as I have purposed, so it shall stand.”
The new world order: As God establishes the rebirthed Zimbabwe, he is removing the old and bringing in the new order of things. This is a global agenda. The most high is not pleased with the current international rules and norms in the nations of the world, which have caused so much suffering to his people.
The situation is so chaotic and has become untenable. In his holy anger, Jehovah All Knowing, the Ancient of Days is saying. “I have held my peace a long time; I have been still and restrained myself.” (Isaiah 42:14).
Our lord is saying enough is enough; it is now time to change the state of affairs. God’s word says in Isaiah 10:23, “For the Lord God of hosts will make a determined end in the midst of all the land.”
Our lord is now bringing in new political systems in national governments; he is restructuring the Church; he is remodelling business concepts and principles; he is reshaping family relationships; and the way mankind relates to each other.
The lord is perfecting everything that concerns humanity. There is a shaking, there is a wind of change and the tide is turning.
In essence, it is as if Elohim the great and mighty creator of heaven and earth is remaking the world.
This is the basis for the new world order, the righteous order.
The almighty God is saying as per his word in Revelation 21:5-6, “Behold I make all things new. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.”
Zimbabwe a chosen nation: The launchpad: God has handpicked the nation of Zimbabwe out of the entire world, as the launchpad for the new world order, the righteous order which God is creating.
Our lord wants to establish a template and to create a picture of what a nation looks like under the new world order.
Hence, as per his word in Isaiah 65:17, God says, “For behold I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create. For behold I create Jerusalem (Zimbabwe) as a rejoicing and her people a joy.”
We as a people can say to our Lord, “Who are we that you are mindful of?” Indeed our loving father uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise.
As the most high uses the nation of Zimbabwe to produce the template for the righteous order for other nations to replicate, scripture will become alive which says in Psalm 118:22-23, “The stone the builders have rejected, has become the chief cornerstone. The Lord has done this and it is marvelous in our eyes.”
In essence, we are forerunners and we are pioneers as the nation will embark into unchartered territory.
Thanks be to our God of compassion, as He will guide the nation in this new thing He is doing. God’s word says in Isaiah 42:16, “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known; along unfamiliar paths I will guide them.”
A special relationship: Our lord says he revealed the replica of the Ark of the Covenant in Zimbabwe in early 2010 as a symbol that he wants to establish a special relationship with his chosen people.
The Ark of the Covenant represents God Himself. Hence, Zimbabwe is not an ordinary country as God’s hand is upon our nation even as per His word in Isaiah 49:16 which says; “See I have inscribed you in the palms of my hands, your walls are continually before me”
Our Lord wants to manifest His presence in our land in a tangible way.
Ezekiel 43:7 says, “And He said to me: Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place of the soles of my feet where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel (Zimbabwe) forever.
The testimony: As Zimbabwe embraces godly systems of doing things under the new dispensation, the most high will bless the nation beyond human comprehension that it will be a testimony to other nations of what God can do for the nations that fear him and follow his commands.
God says in his word, “Then this city (nation) will bring me renown, joy, praise and honour before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it and they will be in awe and tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.” (Jeremiah 33:9).
The mantle: The commission: God has appointed the President to carry out the divine commission to spearhead the new world order, the righteous order and to usher the nation of Zimbabwe into the new dispensation in his role as king.
Hence, this is a two-pronged assignment. This mantle is upon the President, him and him alone as our lord has outpoured heavy anointing upon him to fulfill this commission.
The most high wants to make things right through the king. As God’s word says, in Isaiah 44:28,“Thus says the Lord your Redeemer, who says of Cyrus (President) He is my shepherd and He shall perform all my pleasure, saying to Jerusalem (Zimbabwe) you shall be built, and to the temple, your foundation shall be laid.” Our Lord says He does not need any help from a regional block, or a group of churches or a political party or a superpower to do what He is about to do in the nation of Zimbabwe as it is not their assignment.
The God of order says he will only work through the President who has the mandate to carry out this commission.
The chosen vessel: Our lord says this commission is only for those who are humble, who have a heart for people, who have the skill and ability. It is for those who see as God sees and those who have eagle foresight.
It is not for men pleasers, but God pleasers.
It is for those who have a pioneering spirit and who will dare go where others dared not go.
It is not for the fainthearted, it is for those who are as bold as a lion and who will stand for the truth even if it means standing alone just like Elijah.
The King of kings and the Lord of lords says, the President has passed the test as he has all these attributes for this special assignment; hence is the only one He can trust with this commission as ordained by the most high.
To whom much is given, much is expected.
As per God’s word in Isaiah 48:14-15 says, “The Lord’s chosen alley will carry out His purpose against Babylon; his arm will be against the Babylonians. I even I have spoken, I have called him. I will bring him and he will succeed in his mission.”
The blueprint: As the mantle is upon the President, the blueprint of the new political dispensation of Zimbabwe will be given to the President and no one else.
The blueprint is the building plan from the master builder. Just as Moses went alone to Mt Sinai to receive the 10 Commandments, our lord is using the same pattern as he changes not.
The blueprint will be comprehensive and all encompassing, as our God of detail will not leave anything to chance. The blueprint will encapsulate all the elements of the new government order that is: the legal framework, the vision, the governance structure, policies and principles and the manifesto among others.
The blueprint will be written with the finger of God.
The protocol: Submission: As the first step of alignment to what God has begun to do, our Lord wants the entire nation to submit to the President’s authority and to immediately stop the constitution making process and the elections as the most high is now establishing a new dispensation.
Our lord says likewise the Global Political Agreement has been annulled as it has become irrelevant.
This is the protocol our God of order has established for the nation. As God’s word says in Isaiah 43:18-19, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
See I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
The covenant of submission: To bring the whole submission process to its logical conclusion, our lord wants the people of Zimbabwe to commit to the covenant of submission; in essence, it is a covenant of peace.
The covenant of submission is a commitment by the entire nation to establish a relationship with the President in line with God’s way of doing things and it will set the foundation for the new political dispensation.
In essence, the people of Zimbabwe are committing to rally behind the President as he leads the nation under God’s direction and to create an atmosphere that will allow our lord to fulfill His purposes for his chosen people.
As God’s word says in Hosea 3:5, “Afterward the children of Israel shall return and serve the Lord their God and David (the President) their king. They shall fear the Lord and His goodness in the latter days.”
The Lord Almighty now wants the people of Zimbabwe to corporately say to the President as an act of submission: “We acknowledge that the mantle for the nation’s deliverance is upon you and that you are the only leader placed by God to lead us in this moment of transition as a nation. Yes we will submit to your authority and we accept your leadership as God leads you. We are not putting any limitations or conditions on how you lead us. We are saying lead us as God leads you. Hence as we submit to you, we are submitting to God.”
Those who will not submit, it will be clear that they have hidden agendas and personal interests and they will be exposed and their disobedience will not stop the Plan of the Master. God’s word says in Isaiah 8:10, “Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing; speak the word, but it will not stand, for God is with us.”
The covenant of submission ratification: Our Lord wants the Covenant of Submission signed and sealed and made a special and specific point in history. Because not every Zimbabwean can sign on it, our God the greatest strategist, has appointed leaders of relevant constituencies to stand in the gap on behalf of all Zimbabweans both near and far and sign on the Covenant of Submission. God’s word says, “We make a sure covenant and write it. Our Leaders, our Levites and our Priests seal it.” (Nehemiah 9:38).
