Warrant of execution for Tanga Wekwa Sando

pay US$2 025 covering judgment debts, messenger fees for execution, costs and issuing of warrant.
This follows his failure to pay levies for occupying the company’s premises situated at 33 Wansford Townhouse, 66 J Chinamano Avenue in Harare dated to June 24 last year.
In the papers of claim, the plaintiff, Southbay Real Estate (Pvt) Limited is the agent managing the premises where the defendant, Sando was renting.
In terms of the lease agreement between the parties, the defendant is obliged to pay levies as and when they became due.
He failed to honour the agreement and neglected to pay the arrears, which accrued to US$1 122.
The plaintiff is claiming the levies in arrears totaling US$1 122, collection costs in the sum of US$112 and interest from date of default to date payment in full.
