IMBUBE outfit Indosakusa The Morning Star put up a well polished act as they performed at the Heroes Day national celebrations held at the National Heroes Acre in Harare on Monday.

The group well represented the arts fraternity from the Matabeleland region as the only act to be part of the national commemoration.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, the group’s founder Oscar Siziba said it is an honour to be given an opportunity to showcase at such a platform as it ensures their cultures do not erode.

“Being selected to perform at a national event is a big recognition. It shows our music production is top quality and that our message is touching the nation.

“Matabeleland talent on a national stage — we love to see it! That’s not just about performing. It’s about representing our culture, our people and carrying a message that unites,” said Siziba.
