THE 10th edition of the Dumisani Ndlovu Foundation Schools Under-15 Football Tournament will take place at St Columba’s High School in Bulawayo’s Makokoba suburb.
Ndlovu, the founder of the tournament, arrived yesterday with some of the uniforms and balls to be used for the event.
The tournament began in May with schools involved in preliminary rounds and tomorrow the surviving teams will see one crowned as champion in both boys and girls’ sections.
Ndlovu is happy that the event survived Covid and is still on the calendar playing part of the organisation’s key roles of allowing youths to evade the temptations of drug and substance abuse by being gainfully engaged in sport.
