WE NEED BIG RISK TAKERS, SAYS THE SPEAR

ARTS and talent manager, Elias “The Spear“ Nyamaropa, says the local entertainment industry needs people who can dream big and even take huge risks like hosting a show at the National Sports Stadium.

He feels it’s the kind of big risk which can change the face of the industry.

Nyamaropa, who is currently managing Maskiri, said:

“This industry just needs people who are willing to take risks to take our music to the next level.

“We need promoters and managers that can make our artists big.

“For instance, we need to look at the possibilities of shows being organised at a venue like the National Sports Stadium.

“Taking that risk can bring a major shift in our entertainment industry.”

He added:

“I am currently working as PR person for Bling4 and I am the artist manager and publicist for Maskiri music.

“I also have two models whose affairs I run, one of them is based in Cape Town, South Africa,” he said.

The Spear says his focus is to make a huge impact in the entertainment industry.

“I want to make the best of every opportunity I get in my life and learn because music can unite nations, bring peace and inspire people.”
