Bulawayo residents can look forward to pleasant winter weather on Friday, with sunny skies and slightly warmer daytime temperatures forecast across the city, according to AccuWeather.

The forecast indicates that the city will experience a high of 27°C and a low of 11°C, making Friday one of the warmest days of the week. The dry conditions are expected to continue, with no rainfall forecast.

The bright weather is expected to provide favourable conditions for outdoor activities, travel and sporting events, although residents are advised to take advantage of the warmer afternoon temperatures as mornings are likely to remain cool.

AccuWeather says sunshine will dominate throughout the day before temperatures gradually fall during the evening.

The forecast comes as Bulawayo continues to experience typical winter conditions characterised by dry weather, cool mornings and warm afternoons.

Meteorologists continue to encourage residents to remain hydrated during the warm daytime hours while dressing appropriately for the cooler conditions experienced early in the morning and after sunset.

The dry spell is expected to persist into the weekend, although temperatures are forecast to dip on Saturday before gradually recovering in the days that follow.
