The problem however arose when the tours were abruptly cancelled by the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) because Fresh Air had been operating with a temporary Air Operating Certificate.
Chief operating officer of Fresh Air, Matipedza Karase, revealed to Zimbo Jam that the reality TV star is seeking to sue and has already enlisted the help of a legal counsellor.
Karase said that Parson was paid US $7 500 as an appearance fee for the one trip to Masvingo but is now demanding a further $24 500.
Karase, who is no stranger to controversy as he has been sued serveral times before – unsucessfully – further alleged that the BBA winner is trying to benefit from an idea that was never his.
When Zimbo Jam called Wendall to find out the reason for suing Fresh Air, his response was, “I have to speak to my lawyer about that because things are still in the process, I am not saying I am and I am not saying I am not.”
In a recent interview Wendall revealed that he had not even touched a dime of his prize money. – Zimbojam.com
