IT is normal to have a sense of fear when you set foot in a law-enforcement camp, but Rejoice Takawira is giving members of the public reason to enter Drill Hall with their head held high.
Nestled right inside the Zimbabwe Republic Police’s (ZRP) Great White Drill Hall is Burrito’s Kitchen, a food establishment open to the public as well.
The restaurant is celebrating its very first anniversary and owner, Rejoice Takawira also known as The Coach is over the moon about the achievement.
“With Burrito’s Kitchen, it’s a wild taste bud affair for law meets food. Our place is convenient and special in the sense that we offer food cooked in a unique way and by that, I mean, food traditionally cooked without spices.
“Visitors wanting to have their paperwork processed can relax here. The Drill Hall itself houses several departments of the police, that include but are not limited to, Byo Traffic police, Vehicle Theft Squad (VTS), Provincial Updating Center (PUC), ZRP BYO licence Inspectorate Police Reaction Group (PRG), C.I.D Commercial Crimes, C.I.D Minerals, among others,” said Burrito’s Kitchen owner Rejoice Takawira.
As a complementary way to the services and menu that is already on offer, Burrito’s Kitchen will soon host braai lovers for a tasty and smokey meat experience. – @eMKlass_49
