‘Wife ditches hubby for man next door’

A Harare man yesterday told the court that he no longer loved his wife because she had hooked up with her boyfriend who lives next door.
Shademan Nyakabawo told Harare Civil Court magistrate Ms Babra Masinire that Enisia Masoso had forced herself back in the matrimonial house and was in the habit of sleeping with her boyfriend in their bedroom.
Nyakabawo was seeking a protection order against Masoso whom he said was breaching his peace.

Masoso refuted the allegations and accused Nyakabawo of lying before the court.
“He is lying, I think he is just looking for a good reason to evict me from our matrimonial home only,” she said.
Ms Masinire deferred the matter to today for ruling.
