A Bulawayo man sued his wife of 14 years for allegedly making their marital life a misery by turning violent after he reprimanded her for crying during sex.

The crying episodes by Siduduzile Moyo dampened David Bangaa��s sex mood, as such he has since asked for permission to sleep with his wifea��s younger sister, a suggestion that angered her to an extent of threatening to cut off his penis.

a�?Every time we had sex it was like I was forcing her because she would cry throughout the act. I felt like I was raping her and because of that I have since asked her to give me her younger sister. She refused and started being violent,a�? said Banga in court.

Because of Bangaa��s proposed solution the couple fought for the first time in their 14-year marriage. They later engaged church elders over the matter and Moyo declared she had lost love and affection for him.

But responding in court, Moyo piled the blame on Bangaa��s alleged affinity for sex with multiple partners.

a�?He is the source of all the problems in our marriage because of his love for women. When I told him that I didna��t want to have sex he began having girlfriends. Hea��s always deserting our home to stay with those girlfriends and spends his salary with them at the expense of his family,a�? she said.

In her ruling presiding magistrate Sithembile Ncube after realising that Moyo had not disputed accusations that she was violent towards her husband ordered her not to physically abuse or threaten him any way.
