Veteran journalist Mr William Chikoto has just been confirmed as the new substantive Zimpapers Chief Executive Officer.
In his remarks at the Zimpapers Strategy Session in Harare this morning, Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister, Dr Jenfan Muswere said Mr Chikoto becomes the CEO of the integrated digital first media house effective immediately.
Mr Chikoto is a seasoned executive with over 23 years of experience in media, leadership, and management.
Zimpapers unveiled a digital-first, integrated newsroom early this week, thereby positioning the media giant as a leader in delivering news quickly and efficiently across digital platforms while maintaining the influence of its print and broadcast channels.
