A 20-year-old woman from Lupane allegedly enticed her husband to rape her 13-year-old younger sister in a threesome sexual escapade as she told the little girl to enjoy the man.
The woman invited her younger sister to share the bed with her and husband before the man had sex with both of them.
The man slept at the centre flanked by the two sisters and had sex with both of them one after the other.
The man was on Friday sentenced to 19 years in jail by Hwange regional magistrate Mr Collet Ncube for raping the girl, although two years were suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.
He pleaded guilty to the charge but claimed he only had anal sex with the girl as he couldn’t penetrate “her small organ.”
“I had anal sex with the complainant because I couldn’t penetrate her small organ. I wanted to have sex with her but I stopped as my thing could not fit into hers,” the man told the court.
Surprisingly, the woman was not arrested and she testified in court against the rapist hubby where she told the magistrate that her mother planned the whole thing as she wanted both her daughters to be married by one man.
“Yes it is true that he had sex with my younger sister but it was planned because my mother wanted him to marry her so she can get more cattle as lobola,” said the woman.
The couple stays in Mhlanga-Mlambo Village while the complainant lives in Mbondo Village both under Chief Mabhikwa.
Prosecuting, Mr Tomupei Mbiza said the woman forced the little girl to touch her husband’s manhood, telling her it was a “stumbo”, a candy sweet with a stick.
“The girl and her seven-year-old younger sister were sent by their mother to call her elder sister so they could go and apply for birth certificate since none of them had any. The two were told to come back the same day but the sister persuaded to stay overnight,” said Mr Mbiza.
The court heard that the woman then asked her younger sister to share the bed with her and her husband while the other kids slept on the floor in the same hut. The man slept at the centre flanked by his wife and the girl.
“During the night, the woman asked the young sister if she knew what a stumbo is. She pulled her hand to touch her husband’s manhood saying that was the real stumbo and had to taste it. After that, the man and her wife had sex before the man turned to the younger sister and had sex with her without her consent,” said Mr Mbiza.
The girl’s mother visited in the morning and on their way back home, the teenager started crying and when quizzed she told her mother what had happened. The mother accompanied her daughter to police to make a report. — @ncubeleon
