Woman lays bare married neighbouras shenanigans

Gibson Mhaka .
A married woman from How Mine on the outskirts of Bulawayo sobbed in court after her neighbour who she was suing for disturbing her peace laid bare her alleged sexual shenanigans with a married neighbour.

Esnathi Njanji could not contain her emotions when Silana Saidi revealed that her husband once beat her up after he discovered that she was leasing his sexual goodies to their neighbour.

Saidi apparently exposed Njanji after she accused her of spreading falsehoods in the mining compound that she was a prostitute.

a?The respondent Mrs Pilime (Silana Saidi) of Kariba 4 How Mine is my neighbour and is spreading falsehoods about me that I am a prostitute. She is telling people in our compound that she saw me bringing a man into the house during the absence of my husband.

a?The recent incident was on 26 May when she accused me of having an affair with one of our neighbours. This is now causing problems in my marriage. When I confronted her she threatened me saying she was going to reveal more details about my promiscuity,a? Njanji tearfully said.

Njanji denied dishing out her husbandas sexual goodies.

Responding to her neighbouras submissions, Silana who initially disputed them, later said Njanjias infidelity came to light the day she was beaten up by her husband after she was found at a neighbouras house.

a?I do not know these allegations she is levelling against me. I do not interact with the applicant. The only time I went to her house was when she was being beaten by her husband, and rescued her. When I got to her house I found her lying on the passage and took her to United Bulawayo Hospitals for treatment.

a?I used my own money which her husband later paid me back. I have never called her a prostitute but her issues are known at How Mine. She was once beaten by her husband after he found her at her boyfriendas place who is also their neighbour. Her friend is infact the one telling people that she is having an affair with a neighbour,a? responded Saidi.

The presiding magistrate Sheunesu Matova in his ruling ordered Saidi not to conduct herself in a manner which may result in the breach of the applicant (Njanji)as peace.
