Women at forefront of Africa’s prime real estate summit

JOHANNESBURG. — MORE than 300 property professionals are expected to attend the award-winning African real estate and infrastructure Summit that will have women playing a prominent role.

The event returns to Sandton in South Africa on October  11-12.

“Following two successful editions we have another insightful, strategic conference programme this year with some of the leading experts within the commercial, industrial and residential real estate sectors, many of them who happen to be women,” said programme director, Catherine Brassell.

Among other prominent women to speak at the summit include Noluthando Molao, associate director: Construction Project Management at Turner and Townsend.

Dorah Modise, chief executive Officer of the Green Building Council South Africa (GBCSA), will deliver a keynote address. Seipati Mangadi, CEO of the Gauteng Industrial Development Zone and Laetitia Cook, director, BiZense, will also speak.

During the same week as the African Real Estate and Infrastructure Summit, the award-winning Property Buyer Show also returns to Gauteng from October 12-14 at the Sandton International Convention Centre.

The events are organised by the multi award-winning Spintelligent, well known for organising exhibitions and conferences across the continent in the infrastructure, energy, mining, agriculture and education sectors. — CAJNews.
