Women kidnap, rape two men

incident, a 30-year-old man was kidnapped and forced to be intimate with three women for five days after being reportedly given some drugs.
Police said the three women were travelling in the company of two men when they offered the man a lift from Harare to Norton. The man was, however, taken to a house in Warren Park D where he was kept naked from Friday last week to Monday.

In another case, three women, again, in the company of a man sexually abused a Ruwa man at gunpoint. They had given him a lift near Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison. Harare provincial police spokesperson Inspector James Sabau confirmed the two cases, but declined to name the complainants.
Insp Sabau said the first incident happened on 29 July around 7pm when the complainant was looking for transport to Norton at the intersection of Chinhoyi Street and Samora Machel Avenue.
“He wanted to go to Norton when a maroon Toyota Ipsum stopped for him and the driver said he was going to Chegutu. The complainant got into the car together with three ladies who pretended to be passengers as well,” he said.

Two of the ladies sat on the complainant’s right side, while one sat on his left.
“Another heavily-built man, who was wearing a blue T-shirt and a pair of jeans sat on the front passenger seat.
“The driver was wearing a long sleeved shirt, while one of the ladies was wearing a black skirt and an orange top and is in her late 20s.

“The other two ladies in their late 30s, were medium built wearing suits,” he said.
When they reached the Warren Park roundabout, the driver turned to the left to Warren Park D, telling the passengers that he wanted to pick up someone at the shops.
“They got to an open space before the shops and the man on the passenger seat produced a pistol and pointed it at the complainant.

“One of the female passengers covered the complainant’s face with a piece of cloth and ordered him to lie down as someone opened a gate,” Insp Sabau.
The man was taken to a room that had a bed and three chairs. The cloth was removed and the complainant could not see anything beyond the pre-cast wall.
It is alleged that one of the accused holding the pistol ordered the complainant to remove his clothes and remain on the bed.

“The ladies started to be intimate with him and they gave him food until August 2. At around 4am, one of the men told him to dress up before being covered with a piece of cloth again and taken to a motor vehicle, this time a navy blue BMW,” he said.
Insp Sabau said the man was dropped at an open space near Dairibord Limited along Rekai Tangwena Avenue.

He made a report the same day at Harare Central police station.
In the second incident, Insp Sabau said the man was walking along a dust road towards Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison when a Mercedes Benz with a man and three women on board approached him.

“The man opened the window and pointed a pistol to the complainant ordering him to get into the vehicle. He was sprayed with a substance and became unconscious. He later woke up to find that he was in a room with a bed.

“The three women got into the room and gave him a tablet, which they forced him to swallow,” he said.
They had sex with the complainant until late at night before they told him to sleep.

At around 4am he was sprayed again and became unconscious.
“He later realised that he had been dropped where he had been picked. He went home before making a police report in Ruwa.

“These people live with us and we urge members of the public to get in touch with the police so that they get arrested,” he said.
Cases of women raping men are on the increase.

Last week, two women raped a Mazowe man after they had stopped for him pretending to be asking for directions.
No arrests have been made so far.
