Xabi Alonso, next Real Madrid Manager

 

Real Madrid have chosen Xabi Alonso to be their manager from next season, according to Radio Marca.

Alonso has impressed since taking charge of Bayer Leverkusen last season and was linked with the Tottenham job before Ange Postecoglou’s appointment.

But he is reportedly set to return to the Bernabeu, where he won LaLiga and the Champions League as a player.

Carlo Ancelotti, Real’s current manager, is set to take charge of Brazil at the end of the season – Sky Sports
