ALL is set for the semi-finals of the Yadah TV Knock-out Cup semi-finals in the capital this Saturday. Gunners take on Ngezi Platinum while ZRP FC will battle it out against Mushowani Stars.

The organisers have still not settled on the venues to be used for the two matches.

The matches could be held at one venue.

“We are going to hold the semi-finals of the Yadah TV top eight semi-finals on Saturday but we have not settled on the venue as there are still some few logistics,” said Zifa Northern Region Division One chairman Willard Manyengavana.

“The venue will be announced by tomorrow as we are still working on the availability of some venues and the matches may be held at one venue.

“It might be a double-header on the day so the issue of the venue will be concluded tomorrow (today) but the games are on this weekend.”

Sources said the matches were likely to be held at Gwanzura on Saturday.

Meanwhile, in the Zifa Eastern Region, Mwenezana were the biggest winners in the 2014 edition of the Sylvia Dube Memorial Tournament as they dismissed ZRP Masvingo 6-0.

Mutare City beat Mutare Polly 1-0 while Tenax also beat Buffalo Junior by the same scoreline. Masvingo United and Ruwa qualified for the quarter-finals without kicking a ball.
