Yaya confident

MANCHESTER. – Yaya Toure is convinced both he and Manchester City will return to their dominant best next season. The Ivorian international insists Manuel Pellegrini’s side will reap the benefits after he enjoyed his first full summer break in two years, report the Manchester Evening News.

Toure was left jaded last season as a result of his international commitments, which saw him represent his country at the World Cup and African Cup of Nations in the space of seven months. The 32-year-old has been involved in five major tournaments in the space of six seasons – and endured a frustrating campaign last term, as he struggled for consistency. – The Mirror.
