Twenty-year-old Tanatswa Dindimanga and founder of Organically You Skincare has paid school fees for 10 students in rural areas through her foundation.

The Organically You Foundation aims to provide basic education for children in the rural areas and emphasises the empowerment of young children, as Dindimanga believes that giving young people the right tools and support can help them change the world.

Dindimanga also donated stationery to underprivileged children and urged adults to support their children’s dreams and passions.

The foundation started in December 2022 and Dindimanga plans to expand its reach to support vulnerable young kids in all 10 provinces of Zimbabwe by the end of 2024.

Organically You Skincare is a brand that manufactures natural skincare products.

“The main goal or aim of Organically You Foundation is to provide basic education for kids living in the rural areas.

“The foundation mainly focuses on the empowerment of young children as I believe if young people are given the right tools they can change the world.

“As children grow up, they have different aspirations and dreams. They need support from everyone to have confidence in their dreams,” she said.

She said as a young entrepreneur, she understands the concept of people not believing in oneself.

“I really understand what it feels like not to be supported and to be supported, so let’s give these young kids a chance and see how far they will go.

“The best thing you can do for your little ones is support their dreams and passions.

“If kids are interested in something even though that might seem silly to you, don’t shoot them down by telling them that their dreams are just dreams and that they need to look for something else to dream about. Let’s give young people a chance. They are the next CEOs.

“Ever since I started the brand Organically You Skincare, I have always wanted to help the needy with the little profits I get. With that in mind, I thought of setting up the Organically You Foundation to help kids and other underprivileged people living in the rural areas.”

Organically You Foundation turned six months last month and she decided to do something to celebrate its existence.

“I pray that God gives me strength, wisdom and ability to keep using my foundation as a tool to help the vulnerable in society.

“I want to thank my friend, Tanaka Matarutse, who has always stood with me no matter the situation,” she said.
