‘Young Igwe’ dates Chomudhara

The Kwekwe-based musician will share the stage with arguably one of the country’s best guitarists — Rodrick Chomudhara — at a show that promises nothing but fireworks.

Currently riding high on a wave of popularity after holding his own in the music world, Peter has surprised many with the way he has managed to fill the big shoes left by his late father Tongai.

Meanwhile, Chomudhara, who performed with Suluman Chimbetu at Club Paramount, located in Chitungwiza as well, is gaining ground and has shared the stage with a number of both upcoming as well as established artistes.

Moyo urged fans from both Chitungwiza and Harare to come and witness a top-drawer act.
“We are encouraging our fans to come in their numbers since we will be playing a number of new songs from our yet-to-be released album,” he said.

The “Young Igwe” is no stranger at Moonlight Night Club, having held several shows at the joint before.
