Our minds are incredibly powerful, controlling our actions and shaping our destinies.
There is no limit to the potential of our God-given imaginations.
I call it “wild thinking” or “extraordinary faith”.
God respects faith and honours our declarations and decrees.
What are you imagining?
Do not be afraid to dream big.
Believe in the unimaginable.
History consistently shows us that imagination has led to incredible inventions and innovations.
Remember writing compositions titled “When I grow up” in primary school, envisioning your future? Using just pen and paper, we would write down our wild imaginations — something seemingly unbelievable considering our circumstances then.
We would see ourselves becoming great people. The first step in turning a thought into something we can see is visualising it.
That is the profound power of imagination. Visualising our thoughts is indeed the first step to bringing them to life.
In the Old Testament, when the people visualised building a huge tower that reached all the way to heaven — The Tower of Babel — it caught God’s attention.
The Bible, in Genesis 11:6, says: “Nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.”
Your imagination surpasses your current knowledge or your past experiences.
Past failures or successes should not hold you back.
Focus on where you are going, not what you are going through.
The enemy to your next breakthrough is often your previous breakthrough or failure.
Success itself can sometimes become a comfort zone that hinders further progress.
We must continually push beyond our limits and strive for more. Fight smallness with all your being. As some say, “Make history or be history.” Our thoughts truly shape our reality. What we believe, we can achieve. So, let us dare to dream big, believe in the unimaginable and make history.
Let us not be limited by our past or present circumstances.
Let us push beyond the boundaries and explore new horizons.
Your imagination is the spark that ignites the fire of possibility.
Fan those flames and watch your life change.
Believe in yourself, believe in your dreams and believe in the power of your imagination.
As you do, you will begin to see the impossible become possible and the unimaginable become a reality. So, I ask you again: What are you imagining?
What dreams are you daring to dream? What visions are you holding on to?
Let us rise up and claim our inheritance as children of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit to achieve great things.
Let us make history, not just read about it. Let us be the ones who dare to dream big and believe in the unimaginable.
The power is within you; it is time to unleash it!
