It seems gospel musician Takesure Zamar is striking the right codes in gospel music as his fan base continues to grow.
Backed by the Worship Addicts the musician said he is working on a new album that will be released anytime soon.
Recently he performed at an Apostolic Faith Mission in Zimbabwe Youth Conference, in Masvingo and the musician left worshippers asking for more with his worshipping songs.
He humbled himself as he led a powerful worship during his act.
In an interview the musician said he has laid ground for his eight album.
“Definitely, I am planning to release a new album, and we are bringing a complete package for our fans,” he said.
Zamar said he was happy with his performance at the conference. He gave credit to the organisers of the conference.
“I think it went well, I am humbled by the support from my fans. The spirit of God is here, the place is totally different from other places. I could feel the presence of God when I was performing,” he added.
He said, at different shows outside Zimbabwe, people are coming in their numbers.
“I was shocked to realise that South Africans love our Shona music when I performed there,” he added.
He urged fellow artistes to appreciate our own language and lift our flag high.
“We should keep focused, wait patiently on the Lord. Things will not remain the same,” he said.
Zamar is fast becoming popular with most of his songs breaking new ground on the international market.
He said he is working hard to improve on his songs so that people can be inspired by the songs.
