Zambia to start printing new currency in May

Governor Bwalya Ng’andu said the central bank is expected to sign contracts with successful bidders next month. The central bank invited tenders to bid for the printing of the new currency in February and the bidding process closed last Friday while the bids were opened on Monday this week. — Xinhua.
