Zanu-PF celebrates

Plumtree Correspondent
ZANU-PF youths in Bulilima and Mangwe districts have held victory celebrations to recognise the party’s incoming members of the National Assembly in the two districts.Speaking during the celebrations last week, incoming National Assembly members for Bulilima East and Mangwe constituencies, Cdes Mathias Siqhoza Ndlovu and Obedingwa Mguni, described youths as the engine of the party and urged them to be actively involved in development initiatives that the party would implement in the constituencies.

“Our victory in the three constituencies marks the start of a new and effective era of development. People in Mangwe have been deprived of the development that they are entitled to.

“Now it is here and when it begins to manifest itself, youths make sure that you are at the forefront. You are the future leaders of this country and therefore it is your duty to develop this country in preparation for your leadership era,” said Cde Mguni.

He said he would not betray the trust of people who voted for him in good faith. Cde Mguni pledged to deliver as expected. “The reason why we are getting into office is because you voted for us expecting us to deliver as promised. I assure you that you will see the results that you are expecting.
