ZANU PF Politburo meeting set for tomorrow

ZANU PF will hold a Politburo meeting tomorrow to deliberate on party business, evaluate the proposed Constitutional Amendment Bill No 3, and address other critical matters.

The party’s Secretary for Information and Publicity, Cde Christopher Mutsvangwa confirmed this in a statement.

“ZANU PF Secretary General, Advocate Jacob Mudenda, advises members of a Politburo meeting to be held this Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 1400hrs. The meeting shall be held at the party headquarters,” reads the statement.

All members are expected to be seated by 1345hrs.

Meanwhile, newly appointed Politburo member and former Commander of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, General (Rtd) Philip Valerio Sibanda, is expected to attend the session for the first time
