ZANU PF Secretary for Information and Publicity Cde Christopher Mutsvangwa said the conference will provide an opportunity for the ruling party to assess how its policies are being translated into programmes and results on the ground. “The conference will review the work carried out by the Government as it implements the policies of ZANU PF. The elected Government is responsible for executing these policies on the ground, while the party reviews progress and provides appropriate guidelines to ensure effective implementation,” he said.
