THE Zanu-PF leadership in Masvingo has embarked on a massive members’ voter registration exercise and verification programme of party structures ahead of the 2018 harmonised elections which the party is expected to win.

The provincial secretary for administration Cde Ailes Baloyi said an inter-party district meeting over the weekend resolved that a mobilisation drive of membership and verification of structures would start immediately. Cde Baloyi said the party would liaise with the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) on the location of polling stations so that they can help eligible voters to register.

He reiterated that President Mugabe was the party’s presidential candidate and Masvingo was in full support of his candidature.
