WITH life spinning out of control for many, from skyrocketing prices to social pressure and mental meltdowns, a dose of inner peace is on its way to Bulawayo!
Renowned spiritual teacher and calm crusader Sister Dipty is jetting in from Johannesburg to lead a two-day seminar titled Keeping Calm in Chaos, hosted by the Brahma Kumaris Organisation.

Set for 6 and 7 August at the serene Brahma Kumaris Centre in Suburbs, the event promises to be a mental detox for souls battling emotional storms.
A seasoned educator and meditation expert who started her spiritual path in 1985, Sister Dipty has travelled the world guiding the stressed, the weary and the overwhelmed. From South America to South Africa, and now Zimbabwe, she’s helped countless people reconnect with peace.

“We want to help people find stillness even in the eye of life’s storm,” said the organisers. Topics on the table include stress relief, depression, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding.
With everything from Raja Yoga meditation to value-based living, Sister Dipty is bringing the calm to Bulawayo — just in time.
