Zifa refutes reports

ZIFA have refuted reports that the High Court order has stopped the auction of their property that was attached in their labour dispute with former employee Nicky Dhlamini-Moyo.

ZBC reported on Wednesday night that a High Court order stopped the auction of the property.

ZIFA lawyer, Ralph Maganga, however, said their property was not auctioned because they have been negotiating with Dhlamini-Moyo.

“I don’t know where this is coming from but my client has engaged the complainant and there seems to be progress,” Maganga said.

“We are ready to engage the creditors and map a way forward as to how we can pay them through some payment plan.”
