ZIFA staffer, Shiela Ncube has died. She was 52. Ncube, who was a receptionist at the Zifa head office in Harare, died at Parirenyatwa Hospital in the early hours of yesterday. “Ncube joined Zifa in April 2013 and during the period of her dedicated service, she served local football unswervingly. The local football fraternity has lost a passionate football worker and her services will be profoundly missed. Zifa grieves with the Ncube family in this difficult time and may they seek strength and comfort in the Almighty,” said Zifa communications manager Xolisani Gwesela in a statement yesterday.
Burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
