ZIFA will today hold a strategic workshop with their staff where they are expected to come up with a working plan for the period 2014-2018.
Zifa Communications Manager Xolisani Gwesela said the workshop will target the provincial officers, regional managers and administrators and officials from their head office at number 53 Livingstone Avenue.
The workshop will be held at the Zifa Village and will be conducted by chief executive Jonathan Mashingaidze and the association’s legal advisor Ralph Maganga.
“The aim is to foster a shared vision among the Zifa staff and to enable the members to define their roles in football dispensation. We are going to use the platform to share football experiences and expertise and also to define future benchmarks for the association,” said Gwesela.
The staff will also be briefed on the provisions of the new constitution that was recently adopted by the football mother body.
There are also going to be reports from the provinces, regions and the head office on the activities that have been taking place.
