Zimbabwe international, Terence Dzvukamanja, scored his fifth goal of the season for Orlando Pirates, helping his team to a 2-1 victory over Cape Town City in the DStv Premiership on Saturday.
The win marked the side’s fifth home victory and dislodged SuperSport United from second spot on the log.
The team that finishes in second in the league will qualify for next season’s CAF Champions League.
It is unknown whether Dzvukamanja will remain with Orlando Pirates when his contract ends at the conclusion of the campaign, with rumours linking him to a possible move to SuperSport United.
It’s still not known if Dzvukamanja’s camp is considering to extend his stay with the club.
Should Dzvukamanja decide to leave the Soweto giants, it would be very likely that there won’t be a Zimbabwean player in South Africa’s big two clubs.
His countryman, Khama Billiat may leave Amakhosi for Saudi Arabia.
