Zim to host ICC Africa Women’s World Twenty20 qualifier

ZIMBABWE is set to host the 2016 ICC Africa Women’s World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament in Harare from 23-27.

The four-team tournament will feature Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, and will be played on a round-robin basis.

The team with the most points will advance to the global qualification tournament for the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 in the West Indies.

Venues for the regional qualifiers in Zimbabwe are yet to be announced.
