Douglas Trivella, one of the best coaches to have emerged from Zimbabwe has been tasked with taking charge of the Craven Week side.
Trivella reckoned that his appointment affords him with an opportunity “to give back and help the up coming talented players’’ as most of his life he has been sent as an international rugby player and coach in England. The coach said leading the Under-17 team for Craven Week would help the players improve their game.
“We had national trials in May at Peter House and that is where we selected 27 players whom we trimmed to 22 needed for the competition.
“The 22 players have however been in camp during the half term break last week. The camp was fruitful as many players really progressed.
