ZIMBABWE Cricket have confirmed that former world champions Australia will tour the country for a three-match One-Day International series in September this year.
All fixtures will be played at Harare Sports Club on Septembet 15, 18 and 20.
The tour marks Australia’s first ODI visit to the country in more than a decade – the last time the two sides met on Zimbabwean soil in this format was during a triangular series in August/September 2014, which also featured South Africa.
The upcoming tour forms a key part of Zimbabwe’s build-up to the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027, which Zimbabwe will co-host alongside South Africa and Namibia.
