Zimbabwe effects new passport fees

New passport fees have come into effect following the gazetting of statutory instrument 1 of 2024.

An ordinary passport now costs US$150 while an emergency one will cost US$250.

An additional US$20 will be charged for every electronically readable passport application to obtain a quick response code, reads the Statutory Instrument.
