ZIMBABWE take on Kenya this morning in Windhoek, Namibia in their last game at the Africa Netball Cup hoping for a win to at least make the top four.
The match starts at 11am.
Zimbabwe suffered an unexpected defeat against Botswana on Sunday and having already lost to South Africa, Malawi and Uganda a podium finish is out of their reach now.
Coach Lloyd Makunde says they will be out for a win to finish in the top four.
“We expect to win obviously. We are still contesting for top four.”
Gems captain Felisitus Kwangwa, who left the court in the first quarter on Sunday against Botswana due to a knee injury before she returned in the final quarter is among the starting seven after passing a late fitness test.
“She passed the late fitness test this morning,” said Makunde.
Zimbabwe won three games against Namibia, Zambia and Tanzania.
Starting Seven: Lynnette Tanhira (GS), Tafadzwa Matura (GA), Progress Moyo (WA), Nobukhosi Ndlovu (C), Claris Kwaramba (WD), Felisitus Kwangwa (GD), Priscilla Ndlovu (GK).
