IT is not every day that an individual penetrates a foreign market and becomes a force to be reckoned with.

It requires skill and expertise to establish oneself as a leader, coach, and mentor, attracting a large crowd of executives to attend one’s seminars.

Innocent Hadebe, a Zimbabwean born in Bulawayo’s Luveve suburb, has relocated to the United States of America (USA) and is now proudly representing Zimbabwe by imparting leadership skills and motivational tools.

Hadebe, a certified John Maxwell Leadership business coach in the USA, has demonstrated his excellence by addressing executives from Fortune 500 companies on numerous occasions.

His seminars have been attended by leaders from some of the world’s top corporations.

Hadebe established his own leadership and coaching organisation, the Innocent Leadership Group (ILG).

The ILG’s primary aim is to assist small, medium, and large organisations in pursuing excellence and to provide valuable tools for leaders who aspire to compete on a global scale.

Next month, on 24 February, Hadebe is scheduled to explain various leadership and coaching tools on the USA Hire Learning Podcast.

In an interview, Hadebe, who is also the founder of the Lot Water Project, stated that he would be sharing insights on his journey to becoming a renowned leader.

“First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the producer of the Hire Learning Podcast for inviting me to discuss leadership tools and share my journey to becoming a sought-after business coach and leadership mentor,” he said.

He also indicated that he would share the core principles of the Innocent Leadership Group (ILG).

“I will discuss the key pillars of ILG, which include mentorship. This involves empowering both seasoned and aspiring leaders with the necessary skills to become effective and sound leaders.

“I will also delve into coaching and motivation, including the importance of public speaking.

Effective leaders must be eloquent communicators who can motivate their subordinates to achieve set targets and goals,” he explained.

Hadebe further stated that he would also discuss SWOT analysis.

“SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

“Managers must possess a thorough understanding of their organisation’s strengths and weaknesses within the market, as well as identify potential opportunities and assess the impact of technological advancements. I will elaborate on these aspects in detail during the show,” he said.
