Zimpapers holds editorial retreat

The country’s biggest integrated media company, Zimbabwe Newspapers (1980) this week held a two-day editorial retreat in the capital.

The retreat was attended by senior editorial managers from across the company’s titles which include The Herald, The Sunday Mail, Kwayedza, H-Metro, The Chronicle, Sunday News, Manica Post, B-Metro and Umthunywa.

The strategic planning workshop looked at how the diversified media group can strengthen its presence on the country’s media landscape where it has played an unrivalled and dominant role over the past years.

Besides the newspaper titles, Zimpapers runs Star FM, Diamond FM, Nyaminyami and Capitalk (radio stations) as well as ZTN, the television channel.
