ZIMPAPERS senior accounts clerk Mr Watson Muronzi has died.
He was 50.
Mr Muronzi died at the Avenues Clinic last Wednesday where he had been admitted ahead of going to India for an operation.
Accountant Ms Shuvai Mavhenekah, who worked with Muronzi, described him as a hard-working person who had good relations with others.
“Mr Muronzi was a hard working person and he was ready to help anyone,” she said. “He also had good relations with everyone he worked with and could assist where he could.”
Mr Muronzi’s workmates described him as a rare person who co-operated with others.
Mr Muronzi joined Zimpapers in 1994 and worked in the circulation department where he rose through the ranks owing to his hard work.
He is survived by a son Eddie Muronzi.
Mr Muronzi was buried at his rural homestead in Seke on Saturday.
