Fashion and beauty enthusiasts will be in for a treat at the Zimpapers Fashion and Beauty expo to be held on Saturday at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe. From free beauty makeovers by big brands like Black Opal to fragrance testing from various brands, the glamorous event will see big players in the fashion and beauty game showcasing their talents and products.
Speaking about the event, one of the organisers Agnes Ruwona said the expo is meant to celebrate beauty and glamour with a classy collection of fashion, hair and beauty brands under one roof.
“We thought to do something for people in the fashion and beauty industry so that they have access to their intended clients. The expo will bring those in the fashion and beauty industry to come and showcase their products and since Zimpapers is the largest media house in the country, we will crowd source for them and we can help them enhance their brand visibility,” said Ruwona.
Ruwona encouraged brands interested in being part of this fashion and beauty extravaganza to register on time.
“We have limited places for exhibitors and so far a number of brands have already registered so I encourage other brands interested to register on time. The exhibition fee is $100 and this will be the perfect opportunity for brands to also sell their products,” she said.
Ruwona also urged members of public interested to attend and learn more about fashion and beauty.
“There will be a lot to learn about fashion and beauty from nails, hair and skin maintenance to makeup tutorials. The exhibition is open to members of the public so anyone interested should come through,” said Ruwona.
The exhibition will run from 9am to 4pm and entrance is free to members of the public.
