Zimpost launches Post Insurance promos

Motorists who pay their insurance religiously are expected to benefit from the 2024 Post Insurance promotion that was launched last week by Zimpost and its partners, with the overall winner expected to walk away with a vehicle.

The Post Insurance Insure, Licence and Win promotion will run from this month until mid October.

Speaking at the launch, Zimpost postmaster general Mr Maxwell Chitendeni said the first grand draw for those buying insurance will be held at Zinara’s ZITF stand in Bulawayo on April 29.

The grand finale will be in October where the grand prize of a Honda Fit Hybrid and other prizes will be won.

Zimpost in partnership with NicozDiamond, Global Risk Underwritting Managers, Zinara and Mr Pace also launched other two promotions – Mr Pace Marathon and the Post Insurance staff promotion’.

“These promotions are aimed at rewarding both our employees and our clients alike. Our staff will benefit from the ‘promotion which will run from April up to October 2024,” said Mr Chitendeni.

The grand draw will be held in November with the best managers and clerks walking away with cash varying prizes.

“The best performing regional postal manager will receive US$1 000 while first, second, third best performing postal managers per region will get US$800.

“Best support staff per region will receive US$500 and top three clerks to get US$500 award ,” said Mr Chitendeni.

Speaking at the same occasion, Zinara chief executive Mr Nkosinathi Ncube in a speech read on his behalf said his company was committed to complementing Postal Insurance efforts to improve, meet and surpass the targets of licensed vehicles in the country.

At the same venue, Zimpost and it’s partners officially handed over a brand new Honda Fit Hybrid to a 31-year-old Winston Murahwa from Mzilikazi Bulawayo who was the inaugural overal winner of the Post Insurance  Insure,  Licence and Win Promotion for year 2023.
