Zimpraise to tour Asia and the Middle East

ZIMPRAISE, a popular inter-denominational choral group, is set to tour Asia, as the group spreads its tentacles to other continents.

After conquering Africa through the AfriPraise concerts, the group will tour a number of Asian and Middle East countries in April.

Joseph Madziyire, the group’s co-founder and chief executive officer, said the group’s brand is flourishing.

“We have been in this industry for 16 years and our brand is clearly growing. We are getting a significant number of invitations from all corners of the world. This means a lot,” Madziyire said.

He is confident that the Asian tour will be a success.

“We have so many Zimbabweans who are based in Asia and the Middle East. Our group has also managed to capture the interest of other nationalities who are based in Asia,” he said.

Meanwhile, the group is set to release a new project titled “ZimPraise Season 16”.

The six-track project is made up of songs “Dai Mapindira”, “Hallelujah”, “Ufanele”, “Musanditendera” and “Mukuru Mukuru”.

Madziyire expressed gratitude to the people who are funding the group.

“I want to thank Mr Philip Mataranyika of the Nyaradzo Group and many other promoters who are helping me. Without them, we would have not travelled this far.”
