ZINARA has extended its operating hours, in response to system glitches detected in the motor vehicle licensing portal.

In a statement, Zinara said only specific locations will remain open until 7pm today to assist clients seeking licensing services.

“We experienced system glitches on our motor vehicle licensing portal due to overload from the large volumes of licenses being processed today.

“Our teams are working flat out to keep the system running smoothly so as to ensure efficient service at all licensing sites.

“Selected sites will therefore operate until 1900hrs today to cater for clients still requiring licensing services,” reads the statement.
