The Little Miss Africa Zimbabwe went to Chikomborero Nyongo.
The Toto Miss Africa Zimbabwe title was won by Nothando Gugulethu Sibanda.
Hazel Chininga is the Mini Miss Africa Zimbabwe and Caidyn Macheu the Toto Mr Africa Zimbabwe.
The winners will represent Zimbabwe at the continental event in Egypt.
Zodwa said:
“I only came to the city when I was in Form 1 and so, most of the things these young kids are doing here, when we were growing, were not there.
“We didn’t have social media, phones, you guys are so privileged, don’t take this for granted as kids, that you have everything.
“Mothers, especially, I advocate for the girl child, well done for the great job you are doing for the children.
“They are so intelligent and brave, at their age, they speak fluent English but I only started speaking fluent English when I was in Form One.
“Keep doing the great work, these are our future leaders, as we grow older let’s impart something to our children.”
The businesswoman added:
“Not just the girls, but even boys. Don’t see us as sex toys, don’t abuse our children.”
The pageant director and founder, Shalom Museba, said:
“Watching my daughter shine, I realised that we can have impact on young minds.”
