Its operations were approved by the Ministry of Mines and Energy in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act. TelOne is one of the leading telecommunications service providers in Zimbabwe. It provides fixed telephone access, Internet and data related services to the majority of customers in Zimbabwe. TelOne has recently launched TelOne Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line, a new service that allows customers to access the Internet at selected high speeds over a telephone line. TelOne ADSL broadband has been branded under four main offerings namely Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
