Zuva offers cashless transactions

Business Reporter

Zuva Petroleum now offers cashless transactions at its service stations. The move is meant to ensure that the petroleum company’s customers are not inconvenienced during this period where the market is experiencing a liquidity crunch. Zuva Petroleum service stations are accepting payments through ZimSwitch, Visa, and MasterCard.“Due to the current cash shortages in the country, Zuva has introduced cashless solutions on their forecourt to ensure that their customers are not inconvenienced during this period. Zuva service stations accept payments through ZimSwitch, Visa, and MasterCard. New to this range of services are EcoCash-based transactions which are currently been rolled out at all Zuva service stations,” said Zuva Petroleum chief executive Bethwell Gumbo.

Zuva is one of Africa’s leading integrated energy companies and since coming into existence, they have been driven by their people and their commitment to perform to the highest excellence and accountability standards.

While Zuva has introduced an array of payment services their fuel card remains the most affordable form of transaction in the market.

Where most bank cards charge transaction fees each time you swipe, the Zuva fuel card offers free transactions regardless of the number of times an individual swipe for fuel.

The Zuva fuel card offers Sms updates at every purchase, online updates on all transactions, alerts when your fuel account balance is low ensuring you never run out of credit knowingly.

“We launched our Zuva fuel card on March 11, 2016, which revolutionised the energy industry. We value the security and peace of mind of our customers. They have a lot to do and if we can offer them a sense of relief in one aspect, then we know we have done a good job.

“We are excited not only about our fuel card but all the payment options we have introduced on our forecourt and my sincere hope is that everyone will find them beneficial in their day to day lives,” said Mr Gumbo.
