10 Zimpapers journalists on ZUJ finalists nomination

Addressing a Press conference in the capital, ZUJ secretary-general, Foster Dongozi, said US$60 000 would be shared by the winners at a banquet to be held tomorrow.
Herald Deputy News Editor Lovemore Chikova, was named finalist in the Agriculture Reporter of the Year category.
Masvingo Bureau chief George Maponga was named as one of the finalists in the Environment Reporter of the Year category, while Herald senior sports reporter, Augustine Hwata was named finalist in the Sports Reporter of the Year category.
Other nominations are Herald correspondent Sifelani Tsiko, (News Reporter of the Year; Features and Documentary Reporter of the Year), Kwayedza Correspondent, Muchaneta Chimuka (Maternal Reporter of the Year), The Sunday Mail’s Darlington Musarurwa (Corporate Financial Reporter of the Year and Business Reporter of the Year), Zimtravel’s Costa Mano (ICT), Kwayedza’s Memory Mangombe, (Photographer of the Year), Manica Post news editor Cletus Mushanawani (Mining Reporter of the Year) and Themba Dube from The Chronicle (Infrastructure and Building Reporter of the Year).
