BREAKING NEWS… BULWAYO City Endorses Geo Pomona Deal

The Bulawayo City Council has endorsed the Geo Pomona Waste Management deal.

The endorsement announced by the Town Clerk’s office comes after a special council meeting held on Monday, September 14, 2026 specifically to consider the deal.

The City of Bulawayo has, over the years, been battling refuse collection and management prompting Local Government Minister Daniel Garwe to direct the council to consider Geo Pomona, the company that has had a commendable waste management programme in Harare.
